Shipping Policy

All Killer Roommates merchandise is made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing / Fulfillment

Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Fulfillment times may occasionally be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to product availability.

Estimated Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, estimated shipping times vary by destination and shipping method.

For standard U.S. shipping, delivery is typically around 3–4 business days after fulfillment. International standard shipping can generally take 5–20 business days after fulfillment. Available shipping methods and delivery times may vary by destination and product.

Please remember that production time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated delivery date includes both.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order enters production or ships.

Delayed Orders

Carrier delays can occasionally occur because of weather, customs, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your estimated delivery date has passed, please allow an additional 3 business days before contacting us.

Lost Packages

If tracking has stopped updating and you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. Lost-in-transit issues should be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate the shipment.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may require additional investigation with the carrier or local post office.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. These charges are separate from the amount paid to Killer Roommates unless checkout specifically states otherwise.
